Tips
- Use square photos at 1080 px or more. 1280 px looks sharp on every phone.
- Depop gives you a few photos plus a video per listing, so make the first one count: the whole item, clearly lit.
- Flat lays and on-body shots both work well in Depop's square grid.
- Keep backgrounds simple so your item stands out while people scroll.
Frequently asked questions
What size are Depop photos?
Square. 1280 × 1280 px is a good target, and 1080 × 1080 px is the minimum to aim for.
How do I stop Depop cropping my photos?
Make them square before you upload. PicPrep can add borders instead of cropping, so nothing gets cut off.
